    • Karavel Run Ambassador Terms - 2025/26 Run Season

    Thank you for your interest in the Karavel Run Ambassador Program. Please read the requirements below, and decide if you can meet them before proceeding to the application process:

    Minimum requirements to be a Karavel Run Ambassador:

    • Attend at least 3 Karavel Run events during the 2025/26 run season (with lots of notice given and at least 10 to choose from, less than 1 hour of your time for most of them)
    • Attend the Ambassador Kick-Off in August (date TBD) - this is our training graduation for our staff (a make-up will be scheduled if we can’t get the majority to one date)
    • Will provide at least 2 of the following outreach efforts:
      • POST - on social media at least once per month and tag Karavel (details and tips given later), AND share as many Karavel running related posts as possible with your followers
      • SPREAD - the word about my experience and testimonial with Karavel to related fitness and/or social groups, clubs, or establishments (ideas to be described in my application)
      • INVITE - Karavel to speak at related groups, gatherings, etc. (to be vetted and scheduled with Karavel marketing, limited availability)
      • REFER - family/friends/colleagues to Karavel for events, shopping specials, etc. (tracked with a code specific to each ambassador)
    • Attend 1 of the 2 photo shoots offered (can attend both if you wish) - lots of notice given (likely timing = Oct and Jan, on a Sat or Sun morning - 2 hours of your time)
    • Provide a written or video testimonial about your experience with Karavel Run, to be used for promotional purposes (we will prompt you and collect those)
    • Provide pre and post-season feedback (can be done remotely - form will be provided)
